Cosy Nook is on the south edge of Exmoor in the village of North Molton.

North Molton is on the river Mole and is a short distance from the A 361 link road. It has a pub called the Poltimore Inn and a village shop/ post office which are a two minute walk from the cottage.

A great base for exploring Exmoor (see location for details) and is only 3 miles from the market town of South Molton.

Local attractions are National trust property Rosemoor gardens, the Quince Honey farm, Castle Hill gardens, the museum, markets on Thursdays and Saturdays, North Devon hawk walks, etc

The Cottage

The 500 year old cottage is grade two listed and boasts a thatched roof and beamed rooms.
It consists of
